I really wish we had the same tradition with yard sales in Norway. It's so easy and so cheap. This picture is from the "barn sale" we did for our landlord. We had a blast that day!

I'm pretty good at finding hidden messages by now, though this is an easy one. For those who don't understand, it says "Joy to you"

..high wooden fences

I never saw the neighbour living on the other side, but I know he/she had green fingers. During the spring so many different flowers decided to come and live at my side of the fence. Here is one of them.

It took us a while to become friends. I had only seen it in scary movies and I was convinced that it wanted to hurt me. Now I miss it..

I think it's SO charming when I have to stop the car and move one of these out of the way! The bigger the better.

I grew up seeing these in Disney cartoons, that's why they make me smile. Almost all of our visitors from Norway commented on how cute they are.
