At this time last year I was in beautiful Northern California enjoying the spring flowers. This year, in Norway, the only flowers I get to enjoy outside are the ones I freeze. It's hard to get a good result, so I'm not ready to take picture of them quite yet. This picture is of a beautiful decoration is from this wedding.

This lovely box is filled with money. 30 people have been guessing the time and date our baby will be born, and whoever is closest gets the money. Everyone had to put 20 kroner ($3,50) in the box to join the contest. I really wonder who the winner will be..

..suitcase addiction

First of all, cudos to Katie Thompson for designing this awesome chair!

Second of all, yes, I must admit that I have a suitcase addiction (vintage suitcases). The problem is that I don't want too much stuff in my tiny appartment that don't have a function. But luckily for me suitcases are great for organizing stuff! Here is a list of ideas on what to fill them with;

..creative wedding bouquet

I have to share this piece of art with you. Isn't this one of the most gorgeous wedding bouquets you have ever seen? The bride (Benedicte) were holding an oil lamp that was given to her mom when the bride was a newborn baby. The reason it was given to her mom was because everyone thought she was dying, but she survived:)

..color schemes

Some color schemes simply makes my heart go YES! If I were to put together a nursery right now I think I would have choosen these colors, though they might seem more like typical boy colors.. (I'm having a girl). But for now we are living in a tiny appartment and I really want all the new baby gear to match the rest of the interior. That's actually a tough one!
